Babu Tale, Tanzanian talent manager, has revealed that it is not as easy as it might seem, despite being sitting at the high table at WCB.
The young manager who scooped the 2019 award for Best African Talent / Artists Managers remains grateful for the award, but it's not just his effort.
He spoke to his fellow Wasafi directors, Salam SK and Mkubwa Fella, saying: "Being at the top means only more duties and more feedback.
Yet fights occur with success, whether internal or external.
Regrettably, given his ranking, it came a time when he felt he couldn't do this anymore, particularly after a certain group of artists in a song lashed at him.
But why is it that Diamond is apparently the only Tanzanian artist to stay at the top, unlike many artists?
[Diamond is a person known to take risks]
